o Very Attentive to detail<br> o Listened to my Problem<br> o He resolved it in the shortest time ever<br> o He re-assured and calmed me down<br> o He even called me afterwards to update me on the progress and outcome of the resolution<br> The consultant was very friendly and professional. He gave my problem top priority and resolved it with the outmost efficiency and professionalism ever.
