EXCELLENT SERVICE

Nevash Packiri has been assisting me with a claim on my vehicle since the 22/02/2016. He has been extremely helpful and polite. He has tried from the beginning to assist me with the best of his ability. I found that he was very pleasant and had excellent telephone etiquette. When I could not get a hold of the Panel beater he made sure that they made contact with me. He even sent an email to check if they had made contact with me. The when I had a problem with my claim he said that he will take it higher which he did. He even worked late on the Friday and came into work on Saturday just to assist me. He went beyond the call of duty so that he can assist me because I wanted an answer urgently as I had been without my vehicle for a long period. He then involved his Supervisor Amos Mashigo to assist further with the approval of the claim. When this claim was declined I asked him if I could speak to the Amos and he said gladly he will put me thru.
