I just experienced the very best customer service of all time I received from Msi. A few weeks ago, I was sending emails to a specific claims advisor. Very annoyed, I call the claims department to request for the specific advisor, only to be answered and assist by a very professional, polite and responsible advisor Basetsana Khalo. She kept me informed of all the developments regarding my claim. In less than 7 working days she helped me to resolve my claim. Indeed Basetsana is a star. I am so impressed! What a remarkable person and company Msi is.
