Excellent Service

I am truly overwhelmed with the customer service,speed and efficiency with which my claim was handled. Never have I received such excellent service from an insurance company or any other company for that matter. Alexander Forbes claims consultant Busisiwe Mahlangu in particular must be commended for her professionalism and work ethic. I was kept informed and updated with every step of the process and anything not understood by me was explained in detail.

We are quick to comment on bad service especially within the insurance industry but not when remarkable service is rendered.

I will most certainly be spreading the word amogst family and friends about their excellent customer service.
