I called Momentum on the 18th of May 2024, was assisted by Ms J Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu. The service was excellent, I was asked to drop the call and let her calls me back, to avoid being cut off during our conversation due to running out of airtime. She was so professional and kind in understanding the nature of the claim. She even went an extra mile to consult her supervisor due to the emergency of the incident. My query was resolved and she ensured that I got the satisfaction thereof by giving me options to consider and to choose the best suitable one.
