My car was ****** on 03/09 and my claim was processed by Mzwakhe Mathebula and approved within a week. I am so impressed and glad that I was insured with Momentum.

14 Sept 2023, 11:09I spoke to soon, I was told I could use the courtesy car for 30 days, now I get an sms saying I need to return it tomorrow. I am now stressed and left hanging with no other vehicle. The consultant handling my claim should have made that clear while he was processing my claim instead of saying I can use it for 30 days and now he does not respond to my emails.
