My house was broken into on 22/04/2015. I called Momentum Insurance and a lady by the name of Ntakadzeni Netshisaulu answered the call. From the very first call to the finalisation of the claim, I only received efficient, professional assistance from her. I was kept up to date almost daily by email and sms with the progression of the repairs, the service providers appointed etc. and she followed up immediately to establish whether the services had in fact been provided when they were scheduled to be.<br> <br> I am most impressed by this level of service.
