After a terrible loadshedding experience, i lodged a claim with momentum and was assisted by Kerianne Ogle. Kerianne was extremely helpful, friendly & persistent in reaching me to swiftly process my claim. Kerianne is the definition of delivering good customer service, the service was that good i told her that if i ever have a claim again that is related to her department i want to be assisted by her, she went as far as letting me know that if there is any assistance or info i require she will be more than happy to assist.
