I would like to thank Mokgadi Koolo from Momentum short term insurance claims department for an excellent service. Mokgadi has been humble, patient and pay attention to detail when she was dealing with my claim. She was able to explain to me until i am clear. When she couldnt3 get hold of me she kept on phoning until she reached me. Never irritable or annoyed when i want to be clear on something. We want people like you Mokgadi in this industry who values the customer and understand we are important and dont understand the insurance language.
