Excellent customer service

I was on verge of leaving Momentum and I was not prepared to negotiate or listen to anybody, as I felt that I over stayed my welcome and I was no longer needed to be part of this family. However, Layota was able to change the way I felt by showing that she cared and I understood my needs. I was treated like a valued customer for once since I've been with Momentum and for that I'm very grateful to her. Big up to you Latoya.
