I had the pleasure of being helped by a very helpful lady - Lizzy Nkoana. It was an extremely pleasant surprise when she called me back to follow up if I was assisted and immediately got me the assistance I needed. It is rare to still find individuals going out of their way to assist and Lizzy is one of those rare individuals.
