Excellent customer service
Momentum short-term insurance emergency staff member, Palesa Muchanga, deserves special mention for her incredible customer service in response to our car accident, Wednesday night (22 Sept 2021). We had poor cell phone reception and even that did not put her colleagues off. Poor cell phone reception was quickly replaced by text messages. Momentum and Pearston Eastern Cape police have given us back confidence in service delivery in SA. Since last Thursday Palesa has communicated with us daily to advise on progress and requirements. This is absolutely amazing service.
