Excellent Communication with Client

I lodged a claim with a staff member of Momemtum, thereafter had no feedback from that individual. I then contacted Dhesan Pillay from the claims division at Momentum whom went the extra mile, kept contacting the 3rd party regarding feedback, ensured the appointment was rescheduled. What impressed me the most in every email I the client was cc'd, kept in the loop of where my claim was and definitely took a load of my shoulders as I knew my claim was in good hands. Dhesan ran independently and reached a resolution.
