Excellent Client Service
I got a cheaper quote at another insurer and phoned to cancel my policy. Spoke to Kyle. He advised to first review my policy and see if the premium could be reduced. Neo kindly assisted me and called me back the next day to follow up as promised. I would like to commend Kyle Pienaar and Neo Mokgodi for excellent customer service. My policy for car and household insurance was reviewed and they saved me almost R500 per month. GREAT client service!!!
