Excellent and quick service

Excellent service from Momentum Insure, their service provider (Platinum repairs) and the non-motor claims advisor ( Thulana Ngwenya). My Galaxy note 10 plus screen and the back cover cracked when I accidentally dropped my phone on a pavement and I submitted a claim through Momentum Insure. Thulani handled my claim professionally and with so much customer centricity. My phone was assessed virtually by Platinum repairs followed by its repairing, a couple of days after the assessment and only within 30 minutes in the comfort of my own home. Most importantly I didn't even need to restore my data. Everything was still intact. 5 stars rating for all you.
