Excellent and hassle-free experience!

After another person drove into the back of my Honda Ballade on the 18th, Busisiwe Zulu was assigned as my advisor. She assisted with recording my claim and kept me up to date each step of the way until the claim was approved. Even when I requested that the work be done by another panel beater that I had used before, instead of the one appointed by the assessor, she was there to assist and approve the change!
