Exactly the kind of service I expect from my Insurance!

After requesting a callback to amend my insurance policy by adding an additional vehicle to my policy, i received a call from the call centre and was greeted very professionally by the call centre agent (Regrettably i do not recall his name). After confirming my requirements the call centre agent transferred me to the correct department for the amendments to my policy to be done. The second call centre agent i spoke to (whose nome i regrettably also do not recall was just as professional and really went out of his way to assist me and provided an excellent service throughout. After providing me with a quote which i was already happy with he asked if he could transfer me to another apartment to assist me further in getting a better deal since i have been a client of Momentum Insure for a long period, haven’t had a claim in the last few years and had some discounts due to me. This was a welcome surprise to me and i agreed to speak to another consultant by the name of Norman Burness. Norman was absolutely fantastic!!! He assisted me in getting a great deal which to be honest i did not expect at all since i was adding another vehicle to my policy…

I just want to say to the entire team who assisted me… Thank you for your great, excellent and professional service. I know being a call centre agent is an ungrateful job and most of the time you are shouted at and disrespected, people are rude and treat you very bad. Despite all of that you guys still shine and provide an excellent service, in such a way that it should make Momentum Insure extremely proud of the great staff it has. Thank you Momentum, Thank you Staff!
