Empty Promises

<p>I had a claim earlier in this year and my car was written off, at sales stage I was told that if I add a top up cover in the event that the car is a total loss the full outstanding balance would be settled, so now that this has occured the promise is turned around, wesbank has been harassing me over an amount that was not setteld by my insurer, guess what it was not the case, as a client we go according to what we are told by our insurers and when they fail us there is a lack of confidence that they will in future deliver. </p>
