Emergency Call Centre number not answered

Called the emergency call centre & waited over 270 seconds with NO reply - Monday, 4 January 2016.<br> <br> The number was called a second instance & Felicity answered. Provided the details for the assistance required & was advised that the call centre would call to advise when the Tow Company would be arriving to upload the vehicle - still waiting for the call from the call centre !!!!<br> <br> The Tow Company eventually arrived approximately 90 minutes later !!!!!
