Emergency assistance at a 2 hour slow go

Car keys got locked in boot by accident. Called A.Forbes emergency line on ********** 000 around 13:50 and at 13:52 received an sms that a service request has been logged. At 14:08 I received an sms that Central Locksmiths are on route. ha-ha-ha! we are now still waiting for assistance. I have to call the call centre again to find out what is happening with the locksmith and if they are on their way or not and then only to find out that they cannot reach the driver that was dispatched. This is beyond ridiculous!!! Emergency assistance doesn't mean take your time, we will wait forever.
