Ellen assisted me late in the afternoon with my personal belongings claim that could not go through
Ellen assisted me late in the afternoon with my personal belongings claim that could not go through. Somebody contacted me today to register the claim. Ellen made a follow up to check if I was assisted. She was very helpful and professional in my encounter with her.
