Effecient service and hassle free claim

My car was hijacked on Wednesday afternoon. I immediately logged a claim on the momentum app. A pop up message said an agent will call me back to finalise the claim. Within a minute I received a call from Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu with a sweetening voice and I knew I was in good hands. This is my first time claiming from the insurance and with stories we hear from people about insurance companies, I thought it was gonna be daunting. But Mbavhalelo assured me that she doesn't wanna frustrate me even more, she even offered counselling. Her service is so efficient and professional. She showed empathy and consistency in her service. Car hire was booked immediately, I got the car yesterday (04/08/22). To my surprise, unlike other insurance companies. Momentum's car hire is for the whole month or up until your day is finalised. I was impressed... This was a hassle free claim because everything is done in the comfort of your own home (through email and if you have data). Mbavhalelo is a true definition of customer service. I am still busy with the claim, but so far I'm pleased with everything. Mbavhalelo you are amazing, thank you so much for your effecient service. Keep up the good work!!
