Don't remembered momentum insurance

Iv been send massage to momentum so offend they keep making excuses not to pay for our house been broken in to while we went out 4 supper we have all our windows with burglar bars beside a very very small window in out out office but it's so small u can't even take out anything of that window and our main front door has burglar gate and our back door and office door don't and also that's coz we never keep them open plus that are aluminum doors

Now they excuse is because of that they can't pay us but wen we took out this insurance they never once asked us but we said this on the call when we 1st took it out now they finding every excuse not to buy and now they say why didn't we have an alarm system well we just don't have money to pay 4 it things are hard if we knew that they would give us bull **** like this we would of not taken out a policy with then yet they still taking out the money each month the yet they are such a useless company and the don't help at all and to speak to someone from there they be dam rude I don't recommend this company at all
