Dont insure with Alexander Forbes

<p>I recently was involved in a car accident on the 1st of July in which i was hospitalised. The very next day i lodged my claim with Alexander forbes insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had followed the correct steps in lodging my claim and was assigned a claim reference number. Today 20 days later i am still waiting for a response, i call multiple times a day trying to get through to my claim person who was assigned to me Ntambose. First i get to the switch board ask for Ntamnbose then they put me through to 3 different people and eventually the call drops, also i tried escalating to the manager Prosper Nkabinde with no response either, i managed to speak to a lady by the name of Fadillah who advised me that she will try to assist but it will take another 3 days as they are back logged due to short staff. I asked her whos problem is that and she stated that she wishes not to get involved.</p> <p> </p> <p>The process as been extremely frustrating you can never get through to the person who is handling your claim and oh dont bother sending them an email because they will never reply to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Alexander forbes comes highly recommended but trust me their interaction and feedback is poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have terms and conditions where they state you only have 30 days car hire and will not extend, well im coming to the end of my 30days soon and my claim has not been settled and i cannot purchase another car until they do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for putting my life on hold Alexander forbes!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
