My wife was involved in a car accident in a parking area - not the guilty party. Our initial claim was dealt with very efficiently and the car was repaired to our satisfaction but we had to pay the excess.<br> The other party or Insurance Company opposed the refunding of the excess amount. After a number of years and persisting in the matter, Momentum staff and in particular Carlene January, was able to get them to repay this and then informed me that the amount had been paid into my account.<br> Thanks Momentum STI and Carlene January for your support in this matter.
