DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM

This is the worst company ever!!! Customer Service is NON EXISTENT. When I had my car insurance with them it was so difficult getting ANY assistance and you are transferred from 1 call to another.THERE WAS ALWYAS FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT FOR THE INSURANCE WHICH I ALSO HAVE PROOF OF BUT THEIR DEBIT ORDER SYSTEM is faulty and the debit orders does not go off - and then I ALWAYS need to phone in to correct. I was irritated by this and cancelled moved to another insurer They day I cancelled my insurance the guy was so rude over the phone, and put the phone down in my ear. This was 3rd of June. They told me that my refund will be paid 15 days after cancellation - 20 days after cancelation I emailed then and they said money will be refunded only on the 7th of JULY (MORE THAN A MONTH ALREADY), today no money as yet and now they say money will be refunded on the 10 July - (This will also probably be rescheduled)
