Dissatisfied service

I would like to express my disappointment regarding how my claim was handled. I felt unfairly judged and accused of being dishonest without being given a proper opportunity to explain my side of the story. The rejection of my claim and cancellation of my policy have been very upsetting, and I would appreciate a fair review of the matter.
