I usually sing praises about your service to all I meet, however today I find myself extremely frustrated. <br> I was involved in an accident on the 15 February 2015 and my car was written off uneconomical. I was told that I must do my own quotation only to find out that my quote is too cheap really I don't understand now .when I want to buy it back the car they don't want me to buy the salvage directly from them but instead from SMD wherein I would have to bid for it at an auction.
