Disloyal insurance

<p>Have car insurance with Alexander forbes morethan a year n they decided to increase my premiums without claiming and wen I asked for my insurance to be reduced they give me run around. Called them repeatedly and always refer me to de consultant that fails to honour my time n efforts. Her name is sewela kgapana. Till today I'm still waiting for her phone call it's been two months now. I'm really disappointed with Alexander forbes now.</p>
