DISHONEST, ********* INSURERS

Mid-July emails were exchanged with consultant charmaine ramulu and a renewal premium agreed for the next 12 months. 2 days ago momentum debit my account with a premium that is 25% higher (approx R400) than the agreed premium. I lodged a complaint and today I get a renewal policy document dated 03-08-2023 with the increased premium reflected!!!!!

This is not a company that can be trusted. Whatever the consultants tell you will change to their benefit without notification, without discussion and with ********* intent. momentum bought out alexander forbes last year and now think they can increase premiums to swell profits. Be advised readers of this post, they are a slimy dishonest mob to be avoided. Deal with them at your peril.

They were ********* years ago when I unfortunately had an investment with them on a well known platform, but which they in fact cloned in-house in a ********* manner. The ombudsman agreed with me in that instance.
