Disgusting service!!!

I am really upset and disgusted with the way your service provider handled my claim.He is rude, disrespectful and treat clients like they owe him something. Maybe its because I am a black woman so he feels like he can take advantage of me. He will never in his life speak to me like that. If that is how he treats black women around him where he lives and works, not with me. He is so unprofessional and condescending. Don't ever send him anywhere close to me. And if this chip becomes a crack, he will pay the excess to replace my windscreen.😡😡😡😡😡
