Disgusting service!

A ladder was dropped from a scaffolding onto my car while I was putting petrol into my car at a service station. They were insured with Alexander Forbes. The service received from Alexander Forbes was shocking! They gave me the run around for weeks and eventually, after emailing me that the claim would be paid, refused to pay saying it was “ an act of God”. Thank goodness that I am insured with Outsurance. My claim was settled and my excess successfully claimed for me. Outsurance’s staff were efficient and their service was excellent!! Alexander Forbes can learn a lot from Outsurance!!!
