Disgusting non disclosures

I have short term insurance for household, house owners and 1 vehicle. I received the policy reflecting an endor*****t and I questioned as it was not disclosed prior to me signing docs. The endoraiment was lifted and received written confirmation. I logged a claim for my gate motor which was ****** completed the forms and submitted. Suddenly I am advised that there is an endor*****t on the policy and have to pave an excess of R5000. We were almost hijacked yesterday due to having to open a gate and then close again. It's fine for them to take my premiums every month but to settle a claim there is always problem. Another fact which is frustrating , emails are not responded to especially by Helen Mackay. It is now almost a month and still waiting .
