disappointing renewal
Absolutely disappointed with the unrealistic annual increase imposed on my short term insurance policy. my premiums are paid on time all the time I had 1 windscreen claim in the 12 month period have managed an excellent profile over the last 4 years and now you guys are increasing me by R548.... please advise who can pay an extra R548 in this economy!
