Disappointed client

Worst service I’ve ever received from an insurance company. Been put on hold forever as I was been transferred. Was cut off several times and even after requesting for Johanna & Fabian to return my calls, it has never happened. Not to mention no reply to emails, even when it shows it has been read. My car is still in my garage awaiting repairs after approximately a month since claiming. Definitely disappointed with the service I am not receiving.
