Disappointed client

I lodged a claim on the 1st of February today is the 28th of February. I’m the one (client) who has to keep calling them to ask for feedback. I was told claim was approved about 2 weeks and till today I haven’t been payed out. My car installment was on the 25th I haven’t payed it because I don’t know what is happening nor when they going to decide to settle not to even mention that I have have 30 days car hire and today is the 28th day i am so disappointed. I have tried to be patient but this is now becoming stressful
