Disappointed

After years of paying for insurance, my laptop and cellphone were ****** from my boot, my locks were jammed electronically. Turns out they don't cover car jamming. So both cell and laptop claims have been rejected. Apparently we have to ask for every scenario of loss/ theft/damage to make sure we covered.
