Despite a farewell to Momentum as part of canceling my policy, Lauren Jones was a superstar ✨️ throughout the entire process. She tried her best to retain me with the brand and went as far as getting a discount on my premium. Truly appreciate the effort to keep me as a client and is a true ambassador for the Momentum brand.
