I work at a panelbeaters and I know very well dealing with a claims advisor is not always pleasant as they are not always there to help you.

But today was different, Today I called Momentum and got put through to commercial claims and spoke to a lady by the name of Denise Petzer and she was nothing but helpful on a claim that had been waiting for feedback just over two months.
