DEDUCTION WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE AGREEMENT

<p>I join alexandra forbes two months ago and they quote me 6500 and change for my busines but come day of deduction they deduct 7700 from my account when i ask why no one could give me the answe .I try to talk to the consulatent Dumisani he said he will sort it out, Then he come back and give me a new quote and i ask the to deduct that money for the new quote .Yes they promise to do so and refund my money for those premius i paid alraedy.Till today nothing .</p> <p> </p> <p>So i try to compalin to Dumisani's manager he said he will come back to me within two hours ,quess what nothing happened.Now i need the to refund my money because i cant have a policy for two monts and you take money that we did not agree about for me its *****.</p> <p> </p> <p>i think people must not use this company at all they will take your money and you cat get what you paid for .So my two months premius are gone and also the refund i need to report the because i have a proof for evrythin. </p>
