Deducting premiums on a vehicle which does not exist

On 18 Dec 2021, my wife's vehicle was involved in an accident, on the 21 Dec 2021, their employee Ethan Cameron has asked all documents they needed. On the 23rd Dec 2021, we submitted as requested. We were also informed on the 21st Dec 2021 that the vehicle is written off. No communication from them since then but they are deducting the premium (already two by now including feb 2022) and the MFC (bank) are also deducting their money every month. The question is, why would they deduct a vehicle which does NOT exist? they kept on asking us to send documents which we sent already to several ppl. I had a terrible experience with this insurance and i trusted them.
