Deceit: Insurance policy declined but R 5380,34 debited from my account; no reaction at all from the insurance

<p>I contacted Mr Sandile Zulu on the 16.01.2017 because I wanted to move to another insurance with beginning from the 1st of February 2017. I got a quote, which I accepted. After endless questionaires I had to fill the weeks before, I got on the 8th of February a mail from Mr. Musawenkosi Sikhakhane, that the policy was declined. </p> <p>Nevertheless the above fact an amount of R 5.380,34 was debited from my account on the 1st of March. I wrote on the 2nd of March Mr. Sikhakhane and on the 6th of March to Mr. Zulu but I didnt got an answer from the named persons. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I forwarded my inquiry to ********** too.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the following message back from Mr. Sikhakhane:</p> <p>Quote: </p> <p>"I did receive an email and it was forwarded to Sandile to explain.The debit order went through is for Personal lines insurance not for business insurance. If your business insurance was accepted you were gona get two debits the one for business and the one for personal insurance."</p> <p> </p> <p>That is funny! I did not got any policy documentation for a "personal llines insurance" and also did not got a policy number from Mr. Sandile Zulu. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to get an official statement in this matter from Forbes and my money back within the next 3 days, otherwise I will report it to the Ombudsman for short time insurance.</p> <p> </p>
