Customer chasing after an insurance company???

I WAS interested in a vehicle insurance from Alexander Forbes. Part of the agreement/ contract is that you install a tracker on your vehicle and also take through your used vehicle for a vehicle inspection. I had emailed my consultant, Alvino, for a list of approved centres however I received no reply. I called the call centre the day after requesting that Alvino calls me back, well he never did. I called the call centre again later that day and spoke to someone called Trevor who promised to call me back in 2 minutes however I am not sure what defines two minutes for Trevor as more than 12 hours has passed. <br> If I have to chase after an insurance company to obtain vehicle insurance imagine what I will go through if I have to join Alexander Forbes. There are plenty more players in the short term vehicle insurance market. I as a customer don't need your business you need my business, so please treat your leads in a professional manner. Lastly, please do not even attempt contacting me as the call will not be a very pleasant.
