If you have an accident and log a claim, they will take you for a ride and come up with excuses that your premium was not paid the previous month. They wrote off my car and asked me to send my Natis documents and then another consultant comes and say my claim was rejected and start refusing to communicate with me. As of now I'm without a car and no Natis documents. They even debit my account knowing that my car is damaged and they don't want to pay me.
