Crazy insurance premium for cellphones
Bought a new cell phone and want to add it to my policy. I removed my old phone that was roughly R30 a month for R5000 device. Get a quote for a R10000 phone for over R350, that is almost the price I'm paying for the phone. I wanted to add my partner's phone a few months ago and also got a poor quote. How can your cellphone underwriting get so expensive, and my other mobile devices are still covered for under R 50 a month, at Momentum? I badly want to keep my insurance at Momentum, but the cell cover is now too expensive.
