Got amazing compassionate and understanding service from the claims call centre this morning. I bumped my car into a very low border fence last week whilst moving, first time I’ve bumped my car in over 20 years!!! Gomolemo Nduna was very sympathetic and his first question to me was if I had been hurt. He explained all the procedures clearly to me and booked my assessment for the following day. Thank you for the wonderful service!
