Consultant: PAULINA MASHEGO Very friendly consultant. Made updating my policy very easy. Walked me through all steps and was very thorough in making sure all details on policy was correct. Also gave explanations where I was unsure or needed more details. Made sure to explain the impact on my payments and that policy was al set up correctly before concluding call.
