Good afternoon, my name is Tshepo Ngakane. I had a claim with momentum last year December and my car was repaired in January by Panelbeaters. After getting my car I was not happy with the service because it was vibrating and it was a struggle to get it fixed. Mr Hernani Rodrigues was involved in my case and he got things done smoothly and he even organized a courtesy car for my from the panelbeaters. I was so down bcos I even had to park my car because I was not enjoying driving it anymore. Hernani was keeping me up to date with all the processes and he relieved all my anxieties. I wanna thank him a million times for his outstanding service and going and extra mile to make sure that I'm sorted with the car.
