Compliment for Lethukuthula Duze
Dear Ms. Cilo,
I have pleasure in writing you this review about my experience of the service I received from Ms Duze. On about the 18 February 2022 I launched a claim of my broken shower glass and I was assisted by Ms Duze in administering the claim.
I was particularly impressed by her efficiency, knowledge of policy provision and her regular feedback. Indeed Ms Duze on a couple of occasion during the claim process went an extra mile and called me in the evenings to provide me feedback and ensured that I was kept updated and happy with progress made.
She showed aptitude and speed in appointing assessors. Clearly she is on top of her game. Indeed I can happily report to you that she concluded my claim excellently.
It is staff members like Lethukuthula Duze who ensure that customers retain their business with Momentum.
