I would like to thank Dorothy Makhele for her exceptional, awesome and friendly service I received. Our appliances were hit by lighting on Monday afternoon. I put in my claim late on Monday afternoon and we received our payment for our claim this morning. I send Dorothy an email yesterday morning and she rep**** that she will phone me at 10am.
